Closest Airport
- Tambolaka Airport is an airport in Tambolaka, Southwest Sumba Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia.
Airport Transfers
- Transfers are not included in our nightly rate, however you can connect with us via email or WA +62 812-4699-7253 to arrange your airport transfer.
- Transfers are 1,000,000++ IDR per trip per car to or from the airport, and you may make payment for this on arrival.
- Please send your flight itinerary to us well in advance so we can book your transport.
Check In Time
- Check in time: 14:00 (2:00 PM)
- Check out time: 12:00 (12:00 PM)
- Day use: until 18:00 (6:00 PM) with additional charge 50% of published rate.
- If you arrive early to the Beach House you may use the shared facilities while we prepare your room for your 2pm check in.
- No earlier check in is available, however you will be comfortable relaxing in our shared areas while you wait.
Food & Beverage
- Breakfast is included in our nightly rate and is a set menu from our a la carte menu.
- Our restaurant is open from 6am – 8pm (last orders 7:30pm).
- Our food is simple and fresh, cooked on site with love.
- Some items may not be available at times due to seasonality, but we do our best to accommodate guest dietary needs and invite you to speak to our staff about what you need.
- Guests not staying onsite are welcome to enjoy meals and drinks at the restaurant – no bookings required.

Additional Persons
- Our rooms are for 2 adults and we can offer a floor bed for ONE EXTRA PERSON ONLY (total 3 persons in the room maximum)
- Child 12 years or below: 250,000 (IDR) / night
- Child or adult 13 years or above: 500,000 (IDR) / night
- *Please note your requirement for this once your booking is completed. You will be charged onsite.
- *Maximum 3 persons in the room only.
Cancellations
- We have a strict 30 day cancellation period. If your booking is made over 30 days you may cancel with a full refund. Please apply for the refund on the booking platform you made your booking on.
- If you need to cancel or change your booking outside of the cancellation period due to airline flight changes close to the check in date, please email us to let us know, cancel your booking then re-book the dates that suit you. You will not be refunded if the booking is under 48 hours from your trip, but in most cases the airline will compensate you.
Day Trips
- We can connect you with our driver for details on tours in the area when you arrive.
Surfing
- We recommend you bring your own surfboard with you as boards are limited at our beachhouse.
- Surfboards are available for hire at 200,000 (IDR) per day. Please note that we do recommend you to bring your own board if you are a keen surfer as we have just a very limited selection.
- Surf lesson 500,000 (IDR) per head, 2-3 hours depending on conditions and ability.
- Our small boat is available for surf tours at 600,000 (IDR) per head which include a surf guide and run for approximately 4 hours (depending on conditions).

Fishing
- Fishing tours are available at 500,000 (IDR) per head which include a fishing guide and run for approximately 4 hours (depending on conditions).
- Snorkelling equipment available for hire at 200,000 (IDR) per day.
